The Vision Takes Root
Born from a burning desire to see Africa thrive in the digital age, DeepAfrika was founded in Cotonou, Benin Republic, on the belief that technology—particularly AI—holds the key to solving our continent's most pressing challenges. From healthcare gaps to agricultural inefficiencies, from financial exclusion to educational barriers, we saw opportunity where others saw obstacles.
First AI Bootcamp
Launched our first pan-African AI bootcamp with 500 participants from 15 countries.
Research Lab Established
Opened our research lab focusing on African language NLP and computer vision.
Product Launch
Launched first suite of AI products for healthcare and agriculture sectors.
